About Bane
Bane is a name that means ‘glorious defender’ and while this ginger bi-eyed lad hasn’t needed to put his defence skills to the test, he’s ticked all of the ‘chilled out’ boxes. Nothing fazes him, not children or even ducks, and he’s cool with a few tummy rubs.
This lovely five-year old male husky is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. He’s much loved, but a new baby with a dog allergy means Homes for Huskies has stepped up to help.
Bane is fit, healthy, desexed, vaccinated and been getting the best of care his whole life.
He’s enjoyed a blend of formal and informal training. Bane would best a home with an experienced handler to guide him with his onlead manners. He gets along with other larger dogs, but can be over the top with little dogs. He doesn’t dig, isn’t remotely interested in escaping.
All he asks in return for giving his new people lots of love and affection is a few nice belly rubs, and he’s a happy boy. He loves being able to be inside-outside, and has lived with another arctic. We know his perfect home is out there!
The usual husky rules apply with no cats or pocket pets, 6ft high dig-proof fencing and a house filled with love and affection.
