About Juno
Hi, I'm Juno. I am a Staffy x who loves to have fun.
Although I will grow to be a medium-large dog I am typically very docile and gentle. I love meeting new people and dogs, even cats are ok by me.
Although I may be young I am very smart and eager to please. I am already picking up basic commands like 'sit' and 'wait' and enjoy praise for being a clever girl. Obedience training will be a great way for me to continue learning what my new family expect from me and it will also help build a strong bond and trust between me and my new people.
When I first came to my foster home, I didn't understand about sharing food and was quite protective of my bowl. My foster mum has been teaching me correct manners and this is now improving with positive reinforcement but my new family will need to continue reminding me of the correct way to behave at meal time. My foster mum will be happy to share her knowledge so my new family know the way to respond.
I would enjoy having a playmate in my new home and would love a family who has a furry friend for me to learn from. Considering my breed, I will not be happy being home alone all day so will be best in a home with a desexed MALE companion who will be happy to have lots of fun with me while my special people are busy.
I would like to be a part of a family who is able to take me to places to be close to them. A home where someone is around often to spend time with me and involve me in day-to-day activities to keep me occupied and prevent me becoming bored and destructive. I am a typical fun loving pup who will make my own entertainment if left alone for long periods of time which is why having an active canine buddy is important for me.
Lots of outings will be a good way for me to continue building my social skills and creating lots of stimulation for me to learn and develop as I mature.
Being a pooch with fair skin, my new family will need to remember the importance of sunscreen so I don't get burnt in this hot weather
I love playing tug-o-war and am learning fetch. I have almost mastered toilet training and wait patiently for my food.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
