Jenky

Hi my name is Jenky - and all I want in life is for someone to love me.

Yes I am currently in foster care with other animals, and my foster mum but it isn’t the same as having your own family.

You see my mum went into care and could no longer look after me - she handed me over to a rural NSW pound - the ranger told my rescuers that she was quite distraught and was in tears.

I ended up making the long journey down to SAR - where I was shut down for quite a while.
I even escaped at first - trying to find my mum.

Finally I’ve settled and I know now that my mum isn’t coming back.
Now all I need is someone who can call me theirs.

I am fine with other dogs, but I’m also happy on my own.

I am in care with cats, dogs older kids who I’m not fussed over.
I don’t want a noisy home I just want a nice and quiet home to spend my days in.

In my age I am slightly blind - but not much I can still see clearly!

I love my walks and love getting out and about.
