About Joey ~ Staffy X Bull Arab (on trial 16/4/19)
Joey is a 12 week old Boxer X boy and he is a quiet timid soul, looking for love and attention, but still not sure, after a bad start to his short little life. Joey loves his human and doggy family. Joey enjoys playtime and cuddle time. This cuddle loving babe will take all the love you are willing to give him and more and will easily become your new best friend.
Joey is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. He has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. He has met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.
Joey will likely grow up to be a medium-large dog. We always recommend puppy training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Joey will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Joey needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps, unfortunately rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) is not suitable.
As Joey is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Singleton, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old.
Joey sisters Mitta and Gilly are also available for adoption.
For more information or to meet Joey, please contact his foster carer Doreen on doreen.newton2@bigpond.com Joey is in Singleton, NSW.
Joey's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
Happy and healthy puppy

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
