About Kuro
Kuro- where to even begin. This little wonder cat is one in a million. He is the very definition of affection- he simply cannot get enough cuddles. He is the most smoochy, friendly, personable cat you'll ever meet. Kuro also loves cats and dogs, any form of company and this little guy is chuffed to bits.
Kuro's life didn't start so easily. He was doing it tough as a stray kitten born on the street in Dulwich Hill. His luck changed when some residents noticed him living under a mattress propped against a fence in a lane way. Kuro was so keen for affection that he'd come out and rub against anyone who stopped and noticed him. They decided that Kuro deserved a much better life than this, and so he came into our care.
This is a very special little cat. Beautiful and adaptable, he would be suited to most types of homes, couples, children, or perhaps a senior person looking for an affectionate and loyal best friend. Gentle, cat-friendly dogs and other kitties are also great for him.
As long as Kuro is kept safe in an indoor only home, we will be happy with any kind of family.
Medical notes
Kuro has been desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He will need one final booster vaccination, which he is due for on 22nd March. He is in excellent health.
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our receptionist and cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
