Meet Max!

We can guarantee Max is one of the most gentle giants you will ever meet!

Max is such a relaxed dog who is very low maintenance. Although he does love to go on short walks, he doesn't require walking very often at all. There is no chance of him escaping from home, chewing anything or digging holes (he just simply doesn't have the energy to do any of that)!

Max has resided with many animals (including goats, birds, chooks and other dogs of various breeds) with no dramas at all. He has also lived with children of various ages and they don't seem to faze him one bit either!

When Max meets new doggie friends, he does get excited and will often express this by barking at them. After a couple of minutes this is quickly excused though, as he decides lying down for a rest is much more appealing than running around. It didn't take his carers long to realise that Max often expresses his excitement in this way.

If you lead a relaxed, carefree lifestyle and are looking for a mate who is drama-free and easy-going then we feel Max would ease into your life perfectly! He doesn't mind being inside or outside, is fully toilet trained, won't jump up on his humans, has no signs of separation anxiety and due to his disinterest in the company of other dogs we feel he would be fine as an only dog too!
