About Nala
Single Dog Home.
No other dogs at the moment.
No cats.
No small children, teenagers OK.
Hi my name is Nala, sadly I need a new home because the dog I’m living with is such a stress head that he causes me to get upset with him, I’m OK with dogs I meet in the park as long as they are calm and not in my face, I’ve only ever had issues with the dog I live with, not others.
I’m a pretty little girl with a lovely red coat, I only weigh 14 kilo’s, I have most probably got a little bit of another breed in me but I’m mostly a Stafford and a very cute one even if I say so myself.
I was rescued from a bad situation when I was 6 months old, my mum paid $1000 to a back yard breeder for me just to get me out of the awful place I was in, I was malnourished, very scared and in poor condition. My mum loves me very much and is heartbroken that she needs me to go to a new home, she has tried everything including a behaviourist to try help with the other dog that I live with but he is just too hyper for me.
I will most probably be able to live with another dog when my new owners have taken me to obedience school and I've gained more confidence.
I know how to sit, stay, leave and have recall, I love cuddles and I’m crate trained which is where I sleep at night in my mums room, I’m also house trained.
I’m getting used to the car now and jump in on my own, I used to hate it because I had never been in one before, I hadn’t even been walked. I’m scared of loud noises, small children are a bit too much for me because they are too loud and busy. I’m can be a little bit timid when I first meet new people but it doesn’t take long before I warm to you, in fact I really liked Trish who did my behaviour assessment, she ran her hands all over my body and I just wanted more of that so I hung around her a lot...lol
I really need to go to obedience school to give me more confidence and also to learn how to stop pulling on the lead. I promise I will reward you with lots of love and show you how quick I can learn things.
So if you think you can offer me a good forever home where you’ll be able to give me all the above in return I will give you all the love and loyalty you could ask for!
