Ronnie

Gday, I'm Ronnie the Red Heeler. I'm about 5yrs young and love to play with my foster brother. I also love lots of cuddles. In fact my foster mum calls me a pat hog, but she loves it. Not much is known about my past, but despite that I'm a pretty happy fella, although I can be a little shy at first till I learn to trust you, so introductions need to be slow. I have beautiful eyes (so my foster mum tells me) that will melt your heart. I like being inside with you as well as outside and take myself out to the loo. I would be suitable for a family with older teenage children or a couple on their own. I'm ok with birds And happy with another dog And preferably someone who understands the cattle dog breed. I like to walk and I like to smell things on my way. I dont react to dogs barking from inside their yard when I'm out and I walk pretty well. I dont like preparing for the walk as I like to roll over to avoid the lead but once on all good and keen.
I am a little fearful of strange things
I tend to nip if I’m afraid
I just need reassurance I need to know I’m safe
