About Tyson ~ happy Staffy X puppy (on trial 17/3/19)
Meet Tyson, a 10 week old Staffy cross. He has so much love to give, he loves people and lots of cuddles and tummy rubs.
Tyson is brave but softy at heart, thinks he's bigger and tougher than he is. This playful and adventurous boy loves running around chasing his sister and foster nanny dog Misty who is much larger than him.
Tyson is good with kids and is a smart boy who comes when you call him and will be easy to train. He is on his way to being toilet trained but must be treated as a puppy so that is still ongoing. He lets us know when he needs a toilet break.
Tyson will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Tyson will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Tyson needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Tyson’s sister Tully is also available for adoption.
As Tully is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Tully, please contact his foster carer Jason on jasonkemp@netspace.net.au Tyson is in Newcastle area, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle).
Tyson's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
