About Akela Red
Meet the beautiful Akela Red
She is a JRT X Red Heeler and is a small size dog around 10 kilos
Akela has had a pretty crappy start to her life and we saved her from a puppy farm where she lived on a chain all her life spitting out puppies
She will need a home that there is someone home all the time with her as she can suffer a little separation anxiety if left alone for too long
She is now a well adjusted girl who is very affectionate and is very loyal and affectionate
Akela has excellent recall and can sit and is really eager to please and learn
She is a "busy girl" who is always looking around for things to explore
She walks pretty well on the lead and enjoys exploring with her family all the new sights of the world.
Akela is good with other dogs and is not reactive to cats unless they attack her first....
Akela will need a home that is secure under fencing as she can tend to dig under a fence to try and get to her family as she just loves to be with you
She does not jump fences and is happy to be an outside dog
She is a pretty confident girl just eager to please
We are seeking a very special family to adopt this girl as she really deserves the best after her sad start to life
We are seeking a family who are active and loving spending time in the outdoors so she can get to experience the world she has missed out on
As we our policy is not to home female to female dogs please do not apply for this girl if you already have a female fur baby
