Hello, I am cheeky Cheeko the cuddle-monster – I love big hugs and pats! My favourite past times include sleeping on your feet and following you into the shower.
I could go to a home with full time workers, although would prefer those home more than not. I’m not too sure about kids, but might be okay with older ones. I am house trained and know how to sit, stay and shake. I can be very stubborn at times, but I know that with the right family I’ll learn to give in.
I’m a great watchdog and will let you know if anything is nearby. I need to keep you safe after all so I can get my hugs and pats! Speaking of getting all the loves, I don’t really like other dogs and cats, because they tend to steal the pats from me, so I’d rather be the only pet at home.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
