Meet Rex – the playful pup who would love nothing more than to find his forever home.
Rex is a playful, happy puppy. He is extremely cuddly and will happily sleep laying on top of you if you let him. His two favourite things are toys and cuddles! Rex loves playing with other dogs but is also more than happy to grab his bone and entertain himself. He does have quite a bit of energy so will need daily exercise and lots of toys to stimulate his mind.
Rex is a quick learner and has already mastered sit, play dead and recall. Rex is only a puppy and will benefit a lot from ongoing training, this will be crucial for his development. He is very social and loves meeting new friends at the park. Because he’s just a young boy, we’d love to see him in a home with another playful dog to keep him company. He hasn’t met any kids or cats yet.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
