About Blue
Blue is a beautiful natured dog who makes friends with everyone, human and canine. She loves getting pats from her people and is always keen to meet and play with new dogs.
With her all-around friendliness and social nature Blue would fit into almost any home, from a family farm to an active suburban household. Being new to Goulburn and an active dog, she would love to join you on your daily walk/runs to discover new sights and smells. Blue is also pretty keen on the ball and would be in heaven if her new family enjoyed playing too!
Blue already has some good basic training – she knows sit and walks quite well on the lead. Any home would have fun teaching her new things as she is treat motivated and eager to please.
If you’re looking for a calm, confident and all-around friendly dog to add to your pack then come along and meet Blue!
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Companion Animal Facility is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in a animal, please attend our facility in Goulburn to meet the animal and the Ranger team so that we can make sure that the animal is the right match for you. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone or via email.
Once you have decided on which future pet you would like to adopt from the facility, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Companion Animal Facility by either cash, cheque or eftpos, provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic. This usually falls within 14 days of the purchase).
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog - $265.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $165.00
Entire Cat - $185.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $115.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm Treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Companion Animal Facility are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.

The Companion Animal Facility is open during the following hours if you would like to view the dog or cat in person,
Monday - Friday

Please Note: The Goulburn Mulwaree Council Companion Animal Facility is closed on Sundays and all public holidays.
