About Jess ~ Terrier X (on trial 30/6/19)
Meet Jess, a beautiful adorable and loyal 4 year old Terrier x (medium size). She is a black lovable girl who will sit by your side all day long.
Jess enjoys playing. She chases balls and plays tug-of-war. She’s an active dog who likes to go for a walk. Walks will need to take place locally. She is not good with other dogs so will need to avoid areas populated by other dogs such as dog beaches and dog parks. Jess would benefit from assistance with a dog trainer to help her overcome this trouble she has on the lead.
Jess needs a home where is the only pet. She is unsure how to interact and socialize with other dogs. She becomes overwhelmed and feels uncertain around young children so all children need to be over 12 years old.
Jess knows basic commands like sit, lay, stay, and come. She is toilet trained not having had even one accident at her foster carers house. Jess likes to sleep inside preferably in your room with you.
Jess will only be up for adoption locally to enable a transition adoption to ensure that all Jess’s needs are met. She is currently located in the Newcastle area. If you are interested in this beautiful girl please contact Jaime on

Jess is available for adoption interstate. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Jess’ adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
