About Artemis
Four legged trickster!
The smallest of all her siblings, Artemis learned how to be smart. She runs rings around both her cat and human friends, using both horizontal and vertical surfaces. A little race horse with an every changing course, she performs hilarious
leaps, turns and crab-hops through out the house. She will change her course to fit where the people are- she is shameless in her love for people. Nothing is better than an audience for her antics after all! You will often find yourself
getting love back, in the form of many little licks.
Named for the Goddess of the Hunt, Artemis loves being played with "chaser" toys. Fast unpredictable movement from her toys show off her nimbleness and hunting ability. She will zero in on the smallest movements,
and charge her attacks with many butt wiggles! Due to this, she would not suit a home with birds or rodents. However a kitty or doggy friend would do her well! She has no fear of animals bigger than herself, as she
knows she can run rings around them.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
