Meet Penelope

She is a sweet loving girl who has had a bit of a rough time of late, she had been seen hanging around her finders neighbourhood for quite some time but on one seemed to own her, so bought her to the RSPCA for care, she had a heavy burden of fleas and had lost a lot of her hair especially around her hind quarters.
Now that Penelope has been treated for fleas and is receiving a good diet of Hills food her health and appearance is improving immensely, and having all needs catered for she isn't as stressed as she first was. all she needs now is a loving family to give her a home.
