Pixie is a sassy little kitten who is not afraid of who she is. This very pretty soft ginger-and-white girl is equal parts confident and affectionate – making her a real standout.
Found wandering alone in a park in Dandenong on a very hot day and covered in fleas, Pixie was taken in and nursed back to health - and it was obvious right from the start that this is a special Little Miss. Pixie has no fear of people, in fact she absolutely loves people. And she took to being treated with kindness extremely well.
Pixie is the type of kitty who meows when she sees you; it’s not a pretty meow, but everything else about her is. She has a very sweet purr that she uses a lot, because she is a content and happy girl living in a home where she gets pampered, fed, loved and where there are lots of fun things to play with.
As she has a very strong independent streak, Pixie does not play well with other cats or kittens. She is possessive of toys and doesn’t like to share with other cats or kittens one little bit. She’ll dominate any other cats around her regardless of their size as she has zero concept of how little she is!
For this reason we think Pixie will do best in a home where she can be your one and only cat, and the centre of your world. She will repay you for that with hours of cuddles, pats and lots of playfulness, because she is energetic and adorable all at once.
Pixie might not be suitable for a home with babies and toddlers, but older children would be perfect.
Anyone meeting this little ball of gorgeousness will absolutely fall in love with her.

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. Call us on 0413 938 250 for more information about your kitty of choice.
3. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home
4. If your adoption is successful we ask that you pay the nominated fee to us in cash either at the adoption day or at the home visit. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions or online banking transfers at this stage.
5. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty which will include a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership form that must be completed and paid by you ($15 fee applies) no later than four weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
