About Henry
Hi I'm Henry. I was handed to a vet clinic with a horrific head injury. I had accidentally been stood on when I was less than 500 grams. The vets were very worried I would not make it through the night, but I'm a true little fighter and showed them all. I initially showed some neurological issues in the first few days, however as the swelling went down I returned to a normal, healthy playful kitten. I am an extremely sooky, snuggly, friendly, playful and sweet yet super sassy, mischievous and cheeky little guy, who is always waiting to run and play or have snuggles and kisses and boy do I purr! I will be the first onto your lap when you enter the room and will smother you in smooches. I love to sit on your shoulder or be cradled like a baby. I happily live in foster care with other cats/kittens, dogs, rabbits and my big and little foster carers. I'm an affectionate, super playful, full of energy and cuddly kitten, who will make you smile non stop. I love to lay on your lap and have ear, chin and belly rubs (belly rubs are the best!). Or if your busy I'm happy to follow you around the house supervising what your doing. I do not see very well in the dark so the vets are unsure if my eyesight is slightly impaired, so for this reason I MUST BE STRICTLY INDOORS ONLY kitten, but I love it best there because I feel safe and love being near my family. I will need a special home with someone who can give me lots of love, understanding, time and patience to adjust to a new environment and when settled I will give lots of love and kitty cuddles.
Medical notes
Henry was handed to a vet clinic with a horrific head injury, he had accidentally been stood on when he was less than 500 grams himself. The vets were very worried he would not make it through the night, but the little fighter pulled through. He initially showed some neurological issues in the first few days, however as the swelling went down he returned to a normal, healthy playful kitten.
He is very small in stature for his age, so we are unsure if he is a munchkin, or if his injuries have slowed his growth. All blood work has returned normal, as well as FIV/FILV neg. he does not see very well in the dark so unsure if his eyesight is slightly impaired, so for this reason he MUST be strictly indoors.
Adoption details
All of our animals are placed into foster care in a family type environment, which allows them to be exposed to various environmental factors such as cats, dogs, children, visitors, noises etc.
All of our animals have a health assessment. They are desexed, microchipped, receive their 1st F4 vaccination or C4 vaccination and have parasite treatment prior to going to their new homes. Once ready for adoption we look to find our fosters the most suitable home environment depending on their personalities and needs.
