About Amy
Amy is a senior girl who revels in lying in the sun in her bed and cuddling up in a blanket beside you when it is cold. Amy enjoys her walks, gets on with other dogs but isn't a fan of cats. She is a bit of a princess when it comes to getting her feet wet! Amy sleeps soundly on her foster carers bed, covered by her blanket, and responds well to affection. She also travels well in the car. Experiences in her past have left Amy fearful of adult males. In her foster home, progress has been made on this but Amy is still a little unpredictble when it comes to men. Amy, if left to make her own way, mixes well with children. Amy would be a great companion for a woman who is at least semi-retired and has owned a dog in the past or a home without any adult males. A small enclosed yard or large balcony would be ideal for her, in conjunction with walks. If you are interested in meeting Amy please send us as much information as possible about your home situation so that we can see if you and Amy are a good match. She can be viewed in the St George area or in Sydney Park.
