About Hattie & Wesley (In Foster)
Hi there, we’re Hattie and Wesley! Now, we don’t have to be homed together, but you can be sure if you adopt us both – it will definitely be double the fun! Even though we’re technically almost senior citizens, you definitely can’t tell – what are a few grey whiskers between friends? We’ve still got plenty of energy left and love to play. Mostly, we just like to be our super-friendly selves and hang out with people – kids too, we just love the company of anyone! The only other thing you need to know is that we’re kind of into ‘twinning’ and both have the same eye condition*, but it’s super easy to treat and doesn’t slow us down in the slightest!
*Both Hattie and Wesley have been diagnosed with Pannus for which they’ll have to have ongoing daily medication. This means that Hattie and Wesley are classed as ‘sanctuary dogs’ and will have all of their vet bills for this condition covered for the rest of their lives.

Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
