About Cranberry
Hi, I'm Cranberry!
I am a cat who prefers my own company to that of humans so I will require less people interaction.
I have a medium length coat that requires regular grooming to keep from getting tangled. It would be ideal if you could brush me at least twice a week.
I have shown that I am not comfortable around other cats. I like my own space would prefer a home where I am the sole cat.
I have shown that I may find living with other animals too much to cope with, so I may not be the ideal cat for you if you have other animals.
I'm quite an outgoing cat who may too exuberant for small children, but if you are willing to be patient and allow me plenty of time to myself I may become a great family companion.
Hi, people, my name is Cranberry and I am a beautiful cat I with some cute quirks. I am a friendly cat who's very loving, but I do get overwhelmed at times so I am looking for a quiet home where I will be the only pet and there are no children. If you think you could be the human for me please come down and spend some time with me. Also please have a chat with the cat reception staff.
Adoption details
Our dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to successful adoption outcomes for our dogs and cats. Individual behavioural and training plans plus environmental enrichment programs are prepared for all the animals in our care to help ensure they are able to put their 'best paw forward' when they find their forever home.
Once an animal and their new owner have found their perfect match, our staff are able to assist with any questions about the settling in process to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to their new home. Our knowledgeable staff will also be able to assist you with your questions around ongoing feeding, exercise, training and other useful advice about your new pet.
We also offer an 'after adoption' service where any problems new owners may be experiencing can be discussed with a behavioural expert to ensure a loving and harmonious home environment is achieved.
The AWL is a registered charity that does not receive Government financial funding and depends on the support and generosity of the community to continue our vital services.
