About Libby ~ cute Mastiff x puppy (on trial 26/4/2019)
This is Libby, she is an 8 week old Mastiff x. Libby is timid at first but is very quirky once she gets comfortable. She would definitely benefit from having another dog in the house as she loves her foster siblings, but would also be fine as an only pup. She has very pretty eyes and loves to snuggle.
Libby is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.
Libby will grow up to be a medium/large dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Libby needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
As Libby is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Libby, please contact Kelly on adoptmefromkelly@hotmail.com Libby is in Charlestown, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle).
Libby's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
