Meet scruffy. . He is a male and one half of a twin. . You really cannot tell the two apart in looks but in personality this little man is such a funny one. Scruffy purr is like a motor. . He just never stops. . He just loves to be put on his back and have his tummy rubbed. Scruffy has so much love to give and will take as much love as given back
