About Buster
Meet Buster, a big lovable, friendly fellow. Buster loves people and is great with children. He loves any and all attention and really does want to please you. Time spent with him is rewarded with good behaviour and learning - he just needs this to be ongoing in his new home so that he blossoms into a really wonderful family dog. Buster can be timid in new situations but soon comes out of his shell. He is very food motivated and will be your best buddy for a treat; he'll sit and shake paws with you like there's no tomorrow! He walks well on lead but can get a bit nervous if a motorbike or bicycle whizzes past him for now; this should improve as he gets used to hearing them. He's good in the car and enjoys going for a drive.
Buddy shares his foster home with a cat with no problem. He likes being inside but is still not 100% house trained, he mainly only pees a little when he sees the cat! He does like shoes so if you have an old one you can donate to him that should keep him happy!
Buster has met other dogs and been generally okay although he does like to play quite hard and can get a bit silly over time, so whilst he is still maturing he may be best suited to a home where he's the only dog. Buster would suit a home where someone is around at least part of the day; he's not overly clingy, just likes to be part of the family. Currently sleeps outside at night with no problems.
An active boy, Buster would love a home where he'll get a daily walk/outing, cuddles with the kids (or the adults; he's not fussy!) and a comfy bed at night. If this lovely young goofball sounds right for you, we'd love to hear from you!
