Miss Crabtree

Shhh, please don't speak too loudly! I'm the sweetest girl in all the world, but I'm very easily startled!
I am looking for a super special family, as special as me, to love me and cherish me and keep me safe.
My life didn't get off to a very good start at all - my mum was a stray cat and we didn't have anywhere safe to live. She found a really secure hiding spot - it was in an under compartment of a bus. It seemed like a really good idea at first but then a terrible tragedy happened and the bus didn't stay in the depot and we got separated from our mum!
I don't know how long I was trapped in there with my 2 siblings but it was a long time. We had no food or water and it was scorching hot during the day and freezing cold at night.
When we were finally found, my 2 siblings had tragically perished some time earlier and were in a pretty gruesome state. I weighed around half my ideal body weight, just 540 grams. I was pretty much skin and bone. My body temperature was so low it wouldn't register on a thermometer and I was coated in engine oil. The people who found me didn't think I would survive but look - here I am!
I'm still a very shy and timid girl and I need a quiet gentle and understanding family. Because of my pale colouring and shy nature, I will need to be a permanently indoor-only cat. I love other cats and I also get on with dogs! Once I'm comfortable in my environment, I LOVE to play!! I'm a very lucky and very special girl who deserves only the best. :)
