About Baxter
Baxter is a "Spoodle" (Poodle cross English Cocker Spaniel). He is totally adorable and will make for an awesome close companion dog. He weights around 13kg and can be described as small to medium. This boy loves his humans so is looking for a situation where someone is home or can take him to work with them. He needs lots of affection and always likes to stay close to you. He can be left alone without issue but as he prefers company, that's what we want to provide for him.
He is a high energy dog and will need one hour of exercise per day outside the home and preferably some time "Off Leash" so he can run around and burn off his energy. Baxter can be bouncy when excited so will not suit the frail, very elderly or young children. This boy is exuberant and needs an environment where his humans have the time and energy to make sure he gets enough cuddles and exercise.
Baxter has a non shedding coat that will need clipping at the grooming salon 6 times per year. He will be best suited as an only dog as he does like to hog all the attention. He is Dog Social and happy to meet new dogs.He was still available for adoption on 3rd Feb.
