Slate ~ Terrier X puppy (on trial 10-2-2019)

Slate is a 9 week old Terrier X puppy. He is an energetic boy who is eager to please and always wears a big smile. Slate loves playing with other puppies and isn’t scared to play with the big dogs.

Slate is a very healthy little pup who has been raised in a home environment. He has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. He's met lots of people and children who he is friendly and affectionate with.

Slate will grow up to be a small - medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

Slate will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.

Slate needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps.

As Slate is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
