About Audrey
Beautiful Audrey came to us when a lovely local lady found a stray mummy cat had given birth in her garden. This kind lady gave the mother cat and her babies shelter and a warm, safe place to spend the next 8 weeks. She decided to adopt the beautiful mother cat and one of her kittens, and once the kittens were of adoption age, she contacted us and we gladly took on the job of finding these babies homes.
Audrey is now the final kitten left in the litter, and in our opinion, the best has been saved until last! This little girl is personality plus. She is extremely gentle and affectionate, and loves being picked up and cuddled. You can hold her for ages and she purrs like a motor and flops in you arms like a teddy. She would make a perfect companion for someone who enjoys cuddles (who doesn't?!!!).
Audrey is a beautiful dark tortie with white mittens and a little white bib. She has very striking markings and a striking personality to match. Audrey would be fine with another young and friendly cat, or a small, friendly dog. She will be very comfortable with young children as long as they are shown how to safely and gently handle her. She is also toy- obsessed and loves to play with her mice all day between snoozing in her cosy bed.
Audrey will only be available to an indoor only home, we want the kittens that we put so much love and care into to find a safe home where they will be cherished and kept responsibly.
Please contact us if you are interested, she is very keen to find her forever family.
Medical notes
Audrey has no special medical requirements.
As with all kitties, she will require a monthly flea prevention treatment, and 3 monthly worming. She will also need her annual F3 Vaccination.
Audrey will only go to an indoor only home :)
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our receptionist and cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
