About Honey
Meet our darling Honey. 5yr old Koolie. Honey came into care off a farm heavily pregnant. She gave birth to 7 beautiful babies who have all been adopted so now its honeys turn to find a forever home.
Due to spending 5 yrs on a chain as a working dog honey came with no social skills or manners and was scared of lots of 'normal' home sounds and sights. But over the last 3 months has learnt to trust l, love and play and has become a normal dog who lives in a family environment. She still gets scared by to much noise or if she thinks she in trouble will roll over and play dead or just run away. So needs a family that has patients and lots of love to give.
She walks great on a gentle leader harness and enjoys her daily outings. Loves to go for a drive in the back of the ute and is learning to enjoy water.
Honey is great with chickens and has lived happily with free range chickens for the last few months. Ok with cats and good with children, has a gentle submissive nature.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family. He/she will be desexed,1st and 2nd vaccination, microchiped, wormed and fleaed regularly and a health check done by our wonderful vet .
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
