About Tess ~ GSP x Bull Arab (on trial 25/4/19)
Meet Tess! She is a 16 week old German Shorthaired Pointer x Bull Arab puppy who loves to snuggle close, socialise with her siblings and play outside. Her playful nature and unique eye patch makes her one of a kind.
Tess has been well socialised with adults and children of all ages, as well as the other puppies we have in our care. She has been playing well with older dogs but can take some time to play nicely with dogs her size and smaller. Another older dog would be recommended to help her through life, however not essential. School age children or older would be recommended as she can become quite playful.
This beautiful gentle girl, will grow up to be a large dog and therefore will need a medium to large yard. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Tess is currently living with her brother Murphy, who is also available for adoption.
For more information or to meet Tess, please contact her foster carer Renee on renee_gordon@yahoo.com.au Tess is in Wyee area, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Tess’s adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Medical notes
Happy and healthy puppy
As Tess is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Singleton, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to one of our vets for desexing when she is approximately 5 months old.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
