Sarabi ~ Mastiff X Ridgeback (on trial 3/2/19)

Prepare yourself to fall in love with Ridgeback X Mastiff puppy, Sarabi!

At only 8 weeks old, she is 3kg of sweetness and love. She is a gentle soul and deserves a loving family to call her own.

Sarabi will seek affection and contact with her humans, she also enjoys playing with her sister, Skye, and developed a close friendship with another foster dog that shared her yard, a 20kg Kelpie. Sarabi will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as she would be too lonely on her own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.

Sarabi needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

Sarabi is living with two children under 5 and loves their attention. Sleep is currently her main priority, and she has been doing well in her early stages of toilet training.

Sarabi was named after the Queen Lioness from 'The Lion King' because she has regal qualities, loving eyes and a beautiful golden tan coat.

Like all puppies, she will thrive with continued love and training. She will grow to be a medium-large dog. She is one of the smallest of her litter.

As Sarabi is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Singleton, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas because she'll need to be returned to one of our vets for desexing when she is approximately 5 months old.

Sarabi’s siblings are also in Dog Rescue Newcastle care.

Sarabi's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, microchipping and her worming is up to date.
