About Marjorie
Meet Marjorie
Marjorie is a gorgeous girl waiting to find her forever home. She is extremely sweet, is always excited to make new friends and greets everyone with a wagging tail and a happy face. How could anyone resist giving this girl a great big kiss when they see her?!
Marjorie hasn't shown much interest in playing fetch or chewing on toys, but she absolutely loves other dogs and is always keen to play with them and chase them around. She would love to be in a house with another dog to keep her company and ensure that she gets her exercise - preferably a dog her own size or one that's comfortable with larger dogs.
Marjorie is extremely gentle and she would also be well suited to a house with children that are comfortable with big dogs.
When Marjorie first came into our care we detected a lump inside her bottom.
This lump was removed surgically and the biopsy results showed it was a cancerous mass The surgical margins were clear, which means the mass was removed entirely.
However, as with any cancerous mass, there is the possibility of local or metastatic spread.
Marjorie's last check up on the 14/01/2019 did not detect any regrowth of her mass.
We will be happy to forward Marjorie's history and results onto her new families regular veterinarian,
Could Marjorie come live with you?
**Application Process**
When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you.
