About Jerry
My name is Jerry but call me Mr Independent. People think because I am small in stature I need to be protected - ha. I have more confidence in my teeny tiny toe (and trust me that's small), than most have in their whole big body. Whatever the situation I own it.
Big backyard to explore, a tiny courtyard to relax in, small house, large house, lots of kids, no kids, other animals, no animals - It's OK I got this. I go with the flow and own whatever comes my way.
As long as I have a tennis ball to carry, a twig to chew and a human to tend to my every need, then I am a happy fella. Oh and of course you will need to shower me with love, feed me good food and take care of my every need but that goes without saying really.
My foster mumma says my new family will need to take me to puppy school so that I learn all about 'manners' and 'good behaviour' - Don't stress, I
will own it like I do everything else.
Whatever your situation, whatever your family - if you have a loving heart and time to commit to taking care of my every need, then hey I might just choose you for my family.
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one
