Pepper ~ Mastiff X Ridgeback (on trial 29/1/19)

Pepper is an 8 week old, French Mastiff X Ridgeback puppy. This cheeky little munchkin is so full of love and will make a great family dog.

Pepper is a stunning little girl, chestnut in colour with a black mask and a waggy tail. This breed is a very person orientated breed and loves just being with you.

Pepper is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. Shee has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.

Pepper will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training (from a Delta Instructor or Positive Trainer).

Pepper will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as she would be too lonely on her own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time. As with all puppies she will need three feeds a day at first and gentle training to fit into her family.

Pepper needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

Pepper will be wonderful family dog. All puppies need to be monitored by the adult in charge and not left alone with children. If you are prepared to teach your children to respect and handle a puppy gently this breed is great for children but as with all puppies they bite and the bites hurt! A home with older children who can understand this is preferable.

Pepper's siblings George and Bruno are also available for adoption.

As Pepper is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
