Huntley is a darling dog who is looking for a chance to really come into her own and be the best dog that she can be.
She willingly approaches everyone she meets and insists upon pats and attention and really enjoys people. Strangers are just friends that she hasn't met yet. Huntly loves playing with people with toys and can also play withg toys without human help which is so cute to watch.
Huntley has received some basic training and can walk well on leash and follow basic cues. She has also been able to learn new skills while she has been here and would be a great dog for someone interested in training.
It appears that Huntley has been under-socialised with dogs and can be somewhat tense and timid around dogs that she doesn't know. She won't be a dog park dog without lots of careful socialisation and trainig around other dogs but is lovely to walk on leash.
Her ideal home would be as an only dog with a family who are prepared to keep up her training and provide her with plenty of enrichment and food toys when they can't be with her. If you are looking for a stunning and fun dog who enjoys her training then Huntley may just be the dog for you.
