About Dragon
Please meet Dragon.
Only homes with a desexed female dog of similar size will be considered.
Please read Dragons profile completely before enquiring to avoid disappointment, he needs a particular type of home where there's a good understanding of timid/nervous dogs.
Once Dragon has been given time to settle and understand he is safe, he will enjoys pats and curling up on the couch with you. Dragon is a friendly boy who enjoys attention but will take time to settle into his new home so patience and understanding will be required.
Dragon loves other dogs and will only be suited to a home where he will have a happy desexed female dog of similar size and breed to offer him companionship and guidance while he settles in. He is not keen on larger dogs.
He lacks confidence so this will be something he will need assistance in to help him continue developing trust and independence as he matures. Dragon came to us from a breeding facility where he was living with many other dogs. He was taken good care of in this time but did lack socialisation so can be very unsure of new people and places. A slow approach to new things will be very important to prevent him becoming too overwhelmed.
This adorable young man has a very adoring personality. He is playful but gentle at the same time.
Dragon's carer has noticed that he is hesitant around males. Again, this is due to little exposure when he was younger. He would be happiest in a female only home or a home where the males in the house are willing to give him the time he needs to realise they are no threat to him.
Dragon will head outside to the toilet providing he has easy access. If the door is closed, he may go in the house. This is something his carer has been working on and she has seen a lot of improvement. Moving home may cause him some confusion but we expect he will get himself back into a routine quite quickly.
Regular walks in calm places will be a great way for Dragon to take on new things with little pressure and as he develops his confidence, he will become more comfortable about taking on new things.
Dragon gets along great with cats and will only be suited to a home with children over 10 years of age.
If you have read Dragon's profile and believe you have the special home this adorable boy requires, please send us an enquiry and we will be in touch shortly
we are expecting a lot of enquiries for Dragon so please be patient while we take the tie to read through them.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
