About Daisy DL2056
Meet our gorgeous golden girl, Daisy! She loves cuddles and is very affectionate and always happy to see you. If you enjoy warm welcomes with waggy tails, Daisy is the pup for you.
At only one year old, Daisy is beautiful and friendly. She can be timid at first, but is also super playful, energetic and exuberant. She is full of puppy antics, and is still learning not to jump up to give you kisses. She enjoys sinking her teeth into chew toys; even the tough ones are no match for Daisy!
Daisy is crate trained, house trained, and will let you know if she needs to go out. She is quite good in the car, and we've been told she loves being outdoors and going to the beach.
A typical goldie, you will not want to be too precious about your garden, or you should have plans in place to keep your puppy busy and protect your retic! We're told she is crossed with Poodle, known to be the one of the most intelligent and active breeds; so putting Daisy's brain to work will help her learn, as well as expelling some energy.
Daisy's favourite things to do are playing fetch and chasey, so she would love a roomy yard with plenty of space to play. She does need some practice not to pull on the lead, as it's all new to her (besides, birds are exciting!). She has already learnt to sit at kerbs. She loves receiving your praise and is very gentle taking treats, so stock up and get stuck into training together!
Daisy is friendly with children. However, she will only suit a family where all members are confident and old enough to understand the importance of consistency and will properly reinforce her training. She is good with other dogs, submissive as first but keen to play chasey. She may be best matched with a slightly older male that she can learn from. She hasn't been tested with cats.
If you have the patience to work with a smart & active puppy like Daisy, she will reward you with a lot of love and bring laughter into your home. Contact us by email today to apply for Daisy.
