Hello, my name is Melanie, I was surrendered to the RSPCA as I was injured and my family could no longer care for me.
My new family will need to keep me as an inside cat, I was born deaf which means being outside isn't a safe place for me to be, my white fur can also make me more susceptible to sun damage and Cancer, so it's important to keep me indoors.
I am a friendly, sweet girl, who is looking for a place to call my own, it would great if my family had some experience with deaf cats as it will be all about visual communication. If you would like to meet me, come down to the shelter and ask to meet me, Melanie.
