About Rex
Have you ever seen such a handsome face! Please meet Rex .... A German Shepherd born on 7th June, 2016 who is very much looking forward to finding his forever home.
Rex is a bundle of fun! He loves play handling and hanging out with his favourite people. He enjoys being out for a walk, and loves loves loves to run!
He shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although he does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Rex is a super smart boy and is responding well to training here at the facility. To help with his continued training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Rex does enjoy making new doggy friends - however he is still learning how to use his manners around other dogs and not be so boisterous with them. He does seem to like the company of smaller dogs best, however with a slow introduction he is able to make friends with other dogs his size. Rex is good with pocket pets and testing shows he seems to be a little scared of cats.
Rex has the most beautiful personality and is an absolute joy to have in your company. He adjusts to new environments very well.
Rex is an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. He is a stunning boy who would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Rex will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Rex's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Rex is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Rex, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email gosfordpound@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Rex is looking forward to meeting you.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
