About Maggie
Allow us to introduce you to the Magnificent Maggie.
This roly-poly scrumptious little lady is looking for her perfect forever home. If you are looking for a new best friend then look no further, Maggie is the girl for you!
Maggie is looking for a home where she will be included in all of her families activities. Maggie must be allowed indoors as she can sometimes become worried if left outdoors for long periods of time. Ideally, her new home will have a doggy door so that she can come and go as she pleases.
Maggie likes going for walks but her favourite part of walks is pausing under a shady tree and rolling around on freshly cut grass, it is quite a hilarious sight. She enjoys chasing small things that move particularly birds and cats, because of this she will need a home without any small animals.
She has made some doggy friends while here at the shelter and enjoys loves nothing more than a big ruff and tumble with her mates. While Maggie does enjoy the company of other dogs she is looking for a home without any other dogs as she can sometimes become over excited. Maggie will be able to have doggy friends but doesn't want to live with any just yet. Maggie will need a calm home Adults Only as she can sometimes become overwhelmed with small humans.
Maggie new owners must have a keen interest in taking her to ongoing training using positive reinforcement training methods only.
If Maggie sounds like your ideal gal pal then get in touch.

The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
