About Lucy ~ Border Collie X (on trial 13/1/2019)
Lucy is a sweet and affectionate almost 3 year old Border Collie X who is good with children, she is currently in care with several other dogs and gets on well with large and small dogs. Even though she likes the company of other dogs she prefers to spend her time with her human, a fun game of fetch with her favourite ball or a walk with her owner would make her day.
Lucy is a very smart girl who would love to join in training activities, perhaps agility. She dislikes loud noises motor bikes etc and looks to her foster carer for reassurance.
Lucy will make a wonderful companion and is happy to sit patiently with her carer while he works. Lucy’s ideal home would be with a family or single person who wants a companion to share adventures with, she is loving and affectionate and loves to come inside and find her own comfy place. Lucy is house trained and prefers to sleep inside at night.
For more information or to meet Lucy, please contact her foster carer Greg on 0403485446. Lucy is in foster care in Maitland area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
