About Hallie
Lovely little Hallie.
Hallie is an adorable Tibetan Spaniel who is looking for a relaxed lifestyle!
She can be timid at first but has gained a lot of confidence since coming into care. In her previous home, Hallie didn't get the opportunity to meet new people or visit different places so new things can be a little overwhelming for her. She is happy to take these things on but prefers introductions to be slow and calm and at a pace that she is comfortable with.
Hallie is happy to spend her time around her people. She enjoys company and likes to be close to her humans to see what they are up to. Halle isn’t really into cuddles, preferring to receive pats while she is curled up next to you on the couch! She is an indoor dog but will be calm and quiet when left outside for short periods throughout the day. She will be looking for a home where she can continue living mainly indoors and will be offered a safe and secure bed inside overnight. She is toilet trained but may need an occasional reminder when heading to her new home as this will all be very different and a little confusing for her.
Before coming to us, Hallie lived with a large number of other small dogs. She is used to constant canine company and for this reason, we believe she will be happiest in a home with a calm, desexed MALE dog of similar age, size and breed to offer her lots of company while her family are busy, she won't actively play with another dog so won't be good company for an active dog but she does like to cuddle up with other dogs.
Hallie is currently living with a large family and children of all ages. She would be a good match for a home with older children. She prefers to have her personal space so a calmer home without young children/grandchildren may be a better match for her.
She was extremely interested in cats when she first came to us but is well behaved around cats now under supervision, however she will chase other small animals unless they are behind fences. Hallie enjoys car rides and is happy to go on a walk BUT short legs means short walks are enough for her.
You may have noticed in Hallie's photos that her tongue does stick out of her mouth a little bit. This is due to the fact that Hallie has very few teeth. They have worn down/been removed previously. We have no further information about this.
Please send us an enquiry of you believe you have a loving space in your home for Hallie.
we expect t receive a large number of enquiries for Hallie so please be patient while we take the time to read through them.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
