About Sparkey
Sparkey. the light of you life? Did you know the the brightest fame sometimes takes a little while to burn? My name is Sparkey, and in my very short life I have had it a bit tough. I very nearly lost my life in the pound. For those of you out there that have had it a bit tough, you would know that can make you a little hesitant. My foster Mummy knows all about that, so she gave me a little more love, a little more attention, just to quieten that little tiny bit of scared feeling that you feel deep down in your belly. That feeling that only being loved and safe can make go away. Did I mention my belly, yes I did. Oh my goodness, did I tell you that I love belly rubs? Well... my belly is a bit on the round side, hehe, and when you rub it gently I think I go to a place called heaven. It’s sooooo good. My brothers and sister love to cuddle up with me but they don’t give belly rubs like my foster peoples do. My coat is not really ginger, more caramel, and I have stripes like a tiger. My foster Mummy says I am so pretty, but because I am a boy I know she means to say I am very handsome. I may not be the first to run to you, but if you pick me up , stroke me gently and give me a belly rub, then I will stay in your arms forever. That’s what I would like, to stay In my “people’s” arms forever. To grow old with. So if you think you would like a spark to warm your heart and bring a light to your light. I am your man. I am your Sparkey.
Adoption details
Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks sometimes more, we do a revisit and see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
