About Susie ~ 2 yr old Mini Foxie x (Trial 12/1/19)
Hello I’m Susie an adorable 2 year old Mini Foxie x who is eager to meet you. I’m a happy go-lucky little princess who loves people - I lap up your pats and cuddles and one of my favourite things is to give you puppy kisses and lick your face and your toes! I have big bat ears and an adorably cheeky grin that will have you at hello.
I’m looking to adopt my very own perfect forever family - I have a few items on my wish list so if you think you can tick these items off then please enquire about me.
- I’m an inside gal and I love you to bits so I need to be allowed inside so I can be wherever you are. I sleep on my foster mummy’s bed as I’m only little and don’t steal the doona so if I can sleep on your bed I’d be in heaven
- I love sniffing for lizards in the yard so I’d like a small to medium grassy yard to play in please! I’m a young and active girl so I enjoy playing games in the yard as well as daily walks to introduce myself to new people and doggy pals on the way
- I need secure fencing as I’m a bit of an explorer . I’ve already worked out how to open the baby gate inside my foster home when my foster mummy is out.
- I’d like someone home more often than not as I love companionship. I wouldn’t suit full time workers as I will get up to mischief whilst you’re out !
- I adore other small dogs! I require a doggy companion in my new home to play rough and tumble games with. My foster sister and I play bitey-face games and tug of war with each other - we keep each other entertained for hours! I’m too social to be an only dog and older dogs find my bubbly joy for life a little annoying. My perfect doggy playmate needs to be highly active like me and approximately 1 to 3 years old.
- I’d be good with older kids over the age of 12 years who will play with me and include me in their daily activities and games. Or if you’re an active couple without human kids who adore fur-kids then I’ll certainly raise my paw to be your number one girl !
- I can be a tad frightenened of really big men so I bark at them - I find them a little intimidating as I’m only a little bitsy gal myself. So any men in the family will need to accomodate for this and help me build my confidence.
- I’m an excellent lapdog - if you have a lap then I’d love to perch on it and get cuddles. I’ll sit with you on the couch to watch TV - I’m just happy receiving pats no matter what we watch.
- I’m a whiz at the doggy door and I’ll take myself outside to the toilet so I’d like a home with an open door policy so I can pop in and out as I please.
- I think I’m a German shepherd guard dog so I’ll bark to alert you when people are outside the house. I’ve got a big bark for a little girl but burglars are more likely to receive licks from me as I really just want to be their friend!
- I love home cooked meals as my foster mummy feeds me well - I like a mixture of raw and cooked meats, pasta , veggies and oily fish to keep my coat shiny. A good diet is very important for an active young gal like me . I enjoy treats and will sit politely for them and even occasionally “beg” on my rear haunches with big doe-eyes for a tasty morsel.
If you think you can provide a gorgeous young lass like me with an amazing forever home then please email Jo at jo.payne.aus@hotmail.com .
I am in foster care near Warner’s Bay, NSW (Newcastle area) and I’m only available for adoption to the Sydney, Central Coast and greater Newcastle areas. I’m not available for interstate or long distance adoption.
My adoption fee is $550 and includes my desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments and micro chipping.

Happy and healthy pocket princess

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
