Hi! I’m Justice, and I love you! I’m a big, cuddly boy who enjoys sharing the couch as long as I can have my head on your lap. I’m happy to stay there most of the time, unless there’s food. Is there food??
I’m currently living with a little Staffy girl and we get along really well, but I love you so much that outside the home I can get a little protective of you around other dogs so I’m best kept on lead. I walk beautifully with a halti and am happy with a half hour walk a day and restricted play so I don’t hurt my joints... getting older is no picnic!
I have lovely inside manners and can sit and wait nicely for food as well as take it gently (mostly) from your hand. I know where my bed is and will go there when told, unless there’s food. Is there food??
I'm still working on keeping out of the kitchen and I’m now required to go to my bed at hooman meal times. What can I say? There’s food!!
I love people of all ages, but because of my size, I’d be better in a home with older kids who can let me keep them company when they’re studying to earn money for food and spend their break times giving me tummy rubs.
If your home is missing a big teddy bear, I’d love to apply for the position! So I have one last question for you... is there food?? .

Medical notes
At 35kg, Justice is a large dog. A senior dog at approx. 7-8 years old+, he does experience stiffness in his hips and hind legs. As a forever foster with DFL, any necessary vet care is covered by the rescue.
Adoption details
FOREVER FOSTER:
A forever foster dog lives in a permanent foster home with you, while remaining in the ownership of DFL Rescue (who cover the costs of necessary medical treatment).

2. Forever foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing forever foster care.
