Hi, I'm Owen! I may be small, but I have a big personality. When I first came into care I was very shy, but with the help of my foster family I have really come out of my shell. I am quite inquisitive and I enjoy exploring new surroundings. My foster parents say that I am an affectionate boy. Although I enjoy playing with my doggy pals, I love a good cuddle with my humans at the end of the day so that I can remind them how much I love them. I am starting my basic training and I can be very attentive when you have a treat in your hand!
