Gem

Hi,

My name is Gem.
I am a pure bred Doberman.
I love spending time inside and I'm generally very well behaved indoors, but I don't mind spending time outside if I need to.
I grew up with kids, but I think I would prefer a home with teenagers or no kids. Young kids can be very fast and loud, which makes me very nervous. My old owner was a male, so I do tend to favour men (and will listen lots better to men).

I'm good with other dogs, although it does take me a little while to get used to young dogs with lots of energy! My foster carer introduced me to these little fluffy things called cats. I'm getting used to being around them, but foster mum told me I'm not allowed to be alone with them.
