About Chase
Chase is the sweetest, most loving boy anyone could meet and so very handsome.
He loves to hang out with his humans and has a calm nature. He is good with people of all ages and other dogs but requires a slow introduction and supervision to his furry mates.
True to his name, he LOVES to chase a ball and he is good in the car too.
Chase has not long started his deaf dog training, but due to his typical collie intelligence is completely smashing it!
He absolutely loves training and is thriving. He understands hand gestures for sit, drop, heel and he also stays. He is well mannered and always ready to please.
Chase is ready to meet his forever family who will allow him to be part of the family and include him in activities and fun.
Nb contrary to popular belief, deaf dogs are not difficult or harder to train or handle than any other dog, in fact, due to not being able to hear, they have less distraction and are much more focused on their humans, taking their cues from them rather than their surroundings, which translates into creating an incredibly strong and reliable bond. 😊
Chase has completed an in-house training session with Kylie from Excel dog Training, they will do the meet and greet and discuss all of his training!
Medical notes
Chase is bilaterally deaf.
