About Sasha
Hi! My name is Sasha and I’m an 9 week old Staffy x American Bulldog.
I am a very loving, super snuggly puppy with heaps of love to give! I’m always up for cuddles and I love to give kisses. I’m always excited when I get to meet new people because that means I get more cuddles! I love to play and be around people. I love to take naps on your lap or at least in the same room as you.
I love to learn new things and am a very fast learner, with the help of my favourite treats. I’ve learning to sit and come to my name. I am still in the process of being house trained - Keep in mind I am only a puppy, so I am still learning.
I love to play with my favourite toy and run around and play with my siblings! I have just learnt how to play tug-of-war and now it’s my new favourite thing to play! I am happy to play on my own with my toys and with my siblings, but I’ll always say yes to some playtime with my new family.
I would love to be let inside with my new family just to see what you’re up to and to make sure you’re safe and of course for some cuddles and attention. I’m great with young children, but haven’t been tested with cats. I have met other dogs big and small for some playtime and I’ve gotten along with all of them. I’m very cautious and shy at first, but after a short time I’m happy to run around and play! My foster mum says that I’m her little shadow because I like to follow her around and lie at her feet.
During the day I have access to inside and outside and I currently sleep indoors with my siblings at night. During the day I like to take my toys outside and play in the sun or snuggle up near my foster mum. I would love to have a buddy with me as I love to play with other dogs.
I will grow up to be a medium size dog.

Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated)

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
