Dimity

Dimity needs you, in her short life she s been through a lot, but being a dog she s loving and forgiving and still an awesome companion....

Dimity is a 5 and half year old Dane/staffy cross retired mumma dog. Even though she has a bit of dane mix in there she s not a big dog more like a larger medium :-) She is looking for someone to love and for someone to love her. She has the sweetest nature and absolutely loves people’s company. Dimity is such a beautiful, funny, playful, loyal girl. She also gets on well with our dogs, playing ball, chasings & rope tugging games & snuggles. Dimity is happiest when she is included in her peoples’ lives and has company most of the time. She has managed ok staying at home with doggie company for a few hours but can fret if left alone for longer periods of time. She is an ideal dog for someone who is seeking company. Dimity is house trained and travels well in the car. She enjoys her daily walks and walks well on the lead. She will alert bark someone at the front door and also can alert bark at unfamiliar people. She has been friendly to visiting children and lots of visitors. She will need a secure backyard with shelter (she’s not a jumper this is just to keep her safe) and someone who has a dog friendly lifestyle that will include her in their daily activities. Dimity will need someone with the ability to provide a lifetime of love and care. Her new family will need to understand that as a rescue dog, Dimity will need time & patience to adjust to her new home, and this won t take to long, You will be rewarded with the most devoted, faithful companion in Dimity.
